University and TAFE students are invited to hear about child protection work and career opportunities at the Open Day on Thursday 19 November 2009.

We are on a major recruitment drive for child protection practitioners who are passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable children and families. Working as a child protection practitioner provides an opportunity to support children and young people to thrive, learn and grow.

These Awards are dedicated to the memory of Robin Dennis Clark (1936-2001), a widely respected and inspirational practitioner and leader in the field of child, youth and family welfare.

The National Framework represents an unprecedented level of collaboration between Australian, State and Territory governments and non-government organisations to protect children. Placing children¿s interests firmly at the centre of everything we do.

The integration of theory and practice is a life long professional journey, and Reflect will provide busy practitioners with a further opportunity to absorb current, relevant material.
