Child Protection and Family Services
The Child Protection website is currently being redeveloped to incorporate all documents related to the new Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (implemented on 23 April 2007) and its associated reforms. Documents related to the reforms can currently be found at the every child every chance website.
The previous Child Protection Homepage has been archived and all documents previously available in that website can still be found there. Please note that all of these documents are consistent with the Children and Young Persons Act 1989 which was repealed on 23 April 2007.
