Summary:Aboriginal Affairs Victoria (AAV) is the central point of advice to the Victorian Government on all matters affecting Victoria's Aboriginal people. Preparation of this advice is based on continual negotiation and consultation with aboriginal community organisations, to develop programs that meet the needs of Aboriginal people.
