Legislation concerning every child every chance reforms
In August 2005, the Victorian Government published proposed legislation entitled 'The Children's Bill' exposure draft, to support desired changes to the provision of child, youth and family services in Victoria.
Following further consultation and discussion, the Government introduced two new Bills into Parliament in the spring 2005 session. The Victorian Parliament passed these Bills in late November 2005.
