Review Guide
The guide provides a range of information about quality and review processes, how to use the review tool and gather evidence in relation to the registration standards.
Evidence guide
A revised version of the evidence guide has been developed for registered CSOs for use in their internal and external reviews in relation to the registration standards. This document is broken into each of the standards and then each of the performance criteria. For each criterion there is:
- a list of requirements that a CSO must meet.
- a list of examples that meet the requirements, in the categories of approach, understanding, action and feedback. These should be used as prompts for your organisation.
