Young Carers
The Young Carers website has been produced and funded by the Australian Government Department of Family and Community Services, Canberra with the assistance of the national office of Carers Australia. The website contains important information and contacts, along with opportunities for young carers to express their opinions and provide feedback. There is also an online young carers plan to complete and keep on hand in case of an emergency.

headspace is Australia’s new National Youth Mental Health Foundation. It has been established in the recognition of the need to respond in better ways to young people with mental health and substance use issues.

SSAY ( Same Sex Attracted Youth - through LaTrobe University)
This website is for same sex attracted and transgender young people, their friends and families and for people working with saqme sex attracted or transgender young people in schools and in the commmunity. The website is the initiative of researchers at the Australian Research Centre in Sex Health and Society (ARCSHS), at La Trobe University. The site provides you with details of La trobe's current research and the ways that this research is being used to bring about change, particularly to reduce homophobia.
YSAS
YSAS provides a range of services for young people aged 12-21 who are experiencing significant problems related to their alcohol and/or drug use. The YSAS website contains information on their outreach and withdrawal services, residential rehabilitation, supported accommodation, day programs and other specialist programs. YSAS is also an Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing competency based education and training to the Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Community Sectors.
